Here is our first point from last week's message:
1. The psalmist was HAPPY to GO to Jerusalem with a group of friends. (vv1-2)
a. Going up to WORSHIP with other disciples is meant to be joyful.
b. Past worship experiences are never ENOUGH for the genuine disciple.
c. Jerusalem holds a SIGNIFICANT place in history.
SO, here are my questions:
1. Did your face light up when you thought about last week's gathering? What are your top "spiritual endorphin" moments from our gathering together? If we made bumper stickers that read "The happiest people in Attica got to FBC@A" would you put it on your vehicle?
2. Are you excited about getting back together this next weekend, even though it is only Tuesday? Did you miss being there when you went to visit your mom for mothers' day? Is it easy for you to plan anything else over top of Sunday mornings?
3. What is the favorite thing that God has done in the past year at FBC@A? Do you expect that our best days are still coming? Are you sharing your story with other people, such that they are interested in the gospel? Do you have another PS 107:2 moment?
