All,

So, here I am at Thursday. And I have struggled to get clarity on this message. Not on what the outline is, but how does it affect us. After all, we will not have Jesus reading and teaching Scripture this weekend (literally speaking anyway). We will not be in Jesus' old neighborhood among his friends and family (literally speaking, again). But as we look at the way that the friends and family responded we may find that we are responding in a similar way. This is a chance for us to evaluate whether our faith is fermented and stinky or fresh and fragrant. And that is a very communion Sunday kind of response for sure! LITERALLY! 

I hope that this will be helpful to us all as we sit at the feet of Jesus again this Sunday.
